Privacy Notice
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, We hereby inform you that:
1.The controller of your personal data is PROTIP Sp. z o.o. (PROTIP) with its registered office in Motycz (21-030), address: Marynin 131;
2. We process personal data solely of individuals acting on behalf of or authorized by companies or entities cooperating with the controller or companies or entities that may potentially be recipients of marketing campaigns carried out by the controller. This includes the name and surname of these individuals, their position or role, email address, and contact phone number;
3. We do not process special categories of personal data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR.
4. The personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- To carry out joint business ventures and fulfill orders or cooperation agreements;
- For marketing services offered by the controller’s partners;
- To search for optimal offers and solutions regarding business services based on information about potential recipients of campaigns (marketing database);
5. The legal basis for processing is voluntary consent expressed through contacting us (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) or information voluntarily provided by the company, for example, through advertisements or cooperation proposals published in the public domain (internet, press). This is justified by the special needs of the controller as a party possessing information about entities interested in commercial cooperation within the scope covered by the advertisement or cooperation offer (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
6. Personal data of contact persons in partner companies may be disclosed to entities cooperating with the controller as part of their business activities.
7. Personal data may be transferred outside the country or to international organizations only after obtaining separate consent in this regard.
8. Personal data of contact persons in partner companies will be stored until information is received that they are outdated or until a request for their deletion is received.
9. Each individual whose data is processed has the right to access the content of their personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
10. Any individual who considers that the processing of their personal data by us violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) or other regulations concerning the processing of personal data has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
11. The processing of personal data of contact persons in partner companies is necessary for the proper performance of the contract or order and the provision of services by us. The consequence of not providing personal data or withdrawing consent for their processing by us may be the inability to provide services or continue cooperation.
12. In the course of our activities, we do not profile personal data of representatives of our business partners or make automated decisions based on profiling.
