The service provider is PROTIP sp. z o.o., a company duly incorporated under the laws of Poland with Registration No.: PL7010953751, and its registered address at Marynin 131, 21-030 Motycz, Poland, represented by Oskar Tomczak – CEO. The contact details for the agency are as follows: oskar@protipmarketing.com. Hereinafter referred to as the “agency.”

The agency’s compensation is collected in advance once every month during the subscription period. If the client is eligible for a money-back guarantee, the collected funds will be refunded within 7 days.

The money-back guarantee will not apply if the client does not provide the agency with access, has any unpaid subscription invoices, fails to comply with agency email recommendations, receives a 1-star review on Google for their business, or in any way hinders the process of service provision.

Both parties have 3 days from the date of invoice receipt to raise a complaint (after this time, the work is deemed accepted).

Lack of payment does not imply termination of the subscription. To terminate the subscription, you need to cancel the subscription in the client panel.

The cooperation is concluded for an indefinite period, and you have the right to terminate it at any time.

The agency will prepare and send a monthly report by email, providing information on the results achieved.

During the cooperation, the client shall not make any changes to the accessed tools without the agency’s consent, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Confirmation of agreements must be made through email correspondence between the parties, under penalty of invalidity.

Each month, the agency is required to rank the client’s brand Google Business profile. By default, the ranking of the Google Business profile will include 5 keywords.

Any information about the work done to improve keyword rankings is confidential, and the agency is under no obligation to disclose it.

Within 3 days from the date of contract signing, the client is obliged to provide full access to the Google My Business profile to the email address protip@protipmarketing.com.

We guarantee a refund for the last payment if the Google profile does not: generate a greater number of incoming calls or increase rankings for at least one keyword, compared to the previous month.
